Return & Refund Policy

At Riwayat Homes, we carefully check every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing or quality issue.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with tags or accessories included where applicable.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

2. Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Please check the product details, size, dimensions, material, and other specifications carefully before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short video showing the issue, if required

Once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Riwayat Homes will cover the applicable return shipping cost or arrange the return.

For any other return that we agree to accept, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please contact us before sending any product back.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will not be provided through the courier. We may request your bank or other payment details to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Riwayat Homes.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

7. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Are missing original packaging, tags, or accessories where applicable.

  • Are returned after the 7-day return period.

  • Were damaged due to improper use or handling.

  • Are specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
